Erica Cerra is a Canadian actress who was born on October 31, 1979. She's best known as the actor on Eureka the Syfy show. Cerra is of Italian descent as well as a native of Vancouver in British Columbia. As a child, Cerra appeared in many commercials and became interested in acting. The actress took a brief break from acting but came back to acting in 2001 at age 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her among the top Vancouver's rising actresses in the year 2005. Cerra played deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television series Eureka which aired between 2006 and 2012. The music video for The Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in 2006. Cerra was a prominent character in several well-known and highly acclaimed television shows, including Battlestar Galactica. She has also appeared in major films including Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. The face and body of Cerra was used as a model for Ashley Williams, a character in her role in the Mass Effect video game franchise. Additional guest appearances as a star include Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff, and Dead Like Me. Other shows she has appeared on include Cold Squad and the series that hunts monsters, Special Unit 2, and The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
I'm the middle kid so I got to steal clothing from my sister's closets Khondabi said in her blog that she got married to her high school love, Joey Scribner Howard who works as a mechanical engineer in the power utility industry. Khondabi stated that she and Joey began their relationship during their time at Greenwood Christian School and were friends for many years before they began dating when they were seniors at high school. Howard graduated from Dutch Fork High School in Irmo however, Khondabi and Howard remained friends. They began to date. Khondabi graduated in 2007 of Emerald High School and a 2011 graduate from the University of South Carolina with the degree of broadcast journalist. She earned a minor in management of entertainment and sports. Joey is also an USC graduate. Liam is their pet. Khondabi shared with us she believes that Joey and she are both foodies. One of her favorite dishes of her home town is onion rings that are served by Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi added, "I'm a very curious person." As a child, I would do educational interviews that could be broadcast on the school's news channel and then I would present the school's daily news. At (then) Oakland Elementary our newscast was titled WOAK. After graduation, Khondabi claimed that her first assignment as a TV news reporter was with WAGT in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi says, "I was a news reporter for about six years." In Augusta after Augusta I started working as a reporter in the morning at WOWK Charleston West Virginia, as well as in Columbus Ohio I was employed as a traffic host and morning news at the local ABC and FOX affiliate stations.
